Creme au beurre et chocolat pour gâteau ou b
Crème au beurre et chocolat fondant pour bûche de Noël ou autre gâteaux!
Ingredients pour bûche de 8 à 10 personnes
-360 gr de beurre non sale
-6 jaunes d'oeufs
-100 gr environ de sucre impalpable (il faut goûter pour ne pas trop sucrer!)
-200 gr de chocolat fondant
- un peu de Cognac
